1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MindBody AI platform ("Service") operated by MindBody AI Health, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

MindBody AI is a wellness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated insights, meal plans, workout suggestions, and health correlations are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on information from this Service.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to analyze your data and generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI output.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@mindbody-ai.com.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, branding, and AI models are owned by MindBody AI Health, Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindBody AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
